The three-cylinder dryer is a self-developed drying equipment based on the advanced technology of the European countries. It is also suitable for the drying of bulk materials in compound fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and metallurgical industry. Three-cylinder dryer is on the basis of a single-cylinder dryer, assemble three cylinders with different diameters, generally adopt tug drive, driven by 2-4 motors. Synchronization is controlled by a frequency converter. The horizontal installation of the cylinder has no inclination, the installation is simple and the floor area is small.
The middle cylinder and the outer cylinder of the three-cylinder dryer are completely sealed, which greatly improves the thermal efficiency; when designing and manufacturing, the factors such as the material of the equipment and the firmness of the lifting plate are fully considered. The three-cylinder dryer with reasonable design and fine workmanship has greatly improved the service life.
